Order cancellation: You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds:

We offer a 100% money back guarantee for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Simply let us know and we will provide you with a return address and offer a replacement or refund.

  • The order does not arrive due to factors beyond your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address.
